Log in to Robin

There are two ways to to log in to Robin. You can enter an email address and password or use single sign-on(SSO) if you have an account with SSO enabled.

Before you get started

Before you get started, please note the following:

  • Only Robin users can log in to Robin. If you signed up or have received an invitation link, but have yet to set up your account. You will not be able to log in.
  • If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, you’ll need to have a confirmation code from your authentication app ready.
  • If you’ve forgotten you password you can reset your password from the login page. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.

Troubleshooting login Issues

  • If you have multiple email addresses, ensure that you’re using the email address associated with your Robin account.
  • If you’re logging in to Robin via the browser. Clear the cache and cookies in your browser and retry.
  • If you’re logging into Word Add-in:
    • Click the info icon in the top right corner.
    • Click Clear Web Cache then click Reload.
  • Try logging in from another network, such as a cellular network, to see if the issue is network related. If you’re able to log in from another network, contact your IT department to troubleshoot.
