Log in to Robin's Legacy Platform

You will need a username to access Robin. Someone from your organisation will need to invite you in order to get started.

‍To log in, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://app.robinai.co.uk.
  2. Enter your Robin username (HINT: Usernames are always an email address).
  3. Enter your password. Forgot your password? Follow these steps.
  4. Click Login.
  5. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you will be asked to enter the six-digit code generated by your Authenticator app and click Submit.

‍You have successfully logged into the Robin platform. Once logged in, you can access each module, by clicking on the grey text next to the robin in the upper left hand side of the platform.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Our platform supports Single Sign-On (SSO) to increase productivity, enhance security, and improve user experience. If you are interested in enabling SSO, please let your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Team know and we will begin the process. Please note that the process of enabling SSO is multi-step and involves participation from your IT team, information about your identity provider, and more.

E‍xpired Registration Links

Registration links to Robin are temporary and expire 7 days after they have been sent.

‍How to know that your invite has expired:

  • You received an "Invalid token" message when trying to sign up.
  • The registration link no longer works and you can't access the registration page.

To resolve this:

  1. Go to https://app.robinai.co.uk/forgot-password.
  2. Enter your email address that received the original invitation link.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. Check your email for the reset link.
  5. Complete the signup process within 3 hours of receiving the new link.
  6. Repeat the above steps if you're unable to signup before the new link expires.
