Suspending a User
Admins and Owners can remove a user from having access to Robin by suspending them.
- Click Users in the left sidebar.
- Find the relevant user in the users table.
- Click the three dots icon for the user.
- Click the Suspend option.
- The user will be suspended from accessing Robin.
When you suspend a user, you suspend their access to your account.
Reactivating a Suspended user
When a user is suspended, their access to Robin is removed. Admins and Owners can reactivate a user who was previously suspended from their Robin account.
To reactivate a suspended user:
- Click Users in the left sidebar.
- Find the relevant user in the users table.
- Click the three dots icon for the user.
- Click the Reactivate option.
- The user will be reactivated and able to access Robin.
