Review Tables in Robin

Once you’ve built a Table, you can review it within Robin.

View a Table

  • Access a Table either by clicking View Table Online from the email notification after building a Table or by navigating to Workspaces and selecting View Results for the required Table.
  • Tables are organized in a structured grid view with the first column listing all the documents in the table and each cell representing the answer to your prompts.
  • Customise the view of the Table either by the Document or by the prompts in the Table if desired. Click Sort in the top right and choose what field to organize by then choose the order. This includes:
    • Uploaded (Ascending): Oldest to newest documents
    • Uploaded (Descending): Newest to oldest documents
    • Alphabetical (A-Z): Alphabetical order.
    • Alphabetical (Z-A): Reverse alphabetical order
  • Click View to toggle whether to:
    • Show/Hide Questions: Display the full text of each prompt
    • Show/Hide Citations: Control visibility of citations which appear as numbered links ([1], [2], etc.) for each answer in the Table.

Review and Verify Answers

  • Click on a citation to open a detailed view of the document automatically scrolled to the referenced text.
  • Where there are multiple citations, click on another citation to auto scroll to the referenced text.
  • If required edit Robin’s answer by clicking the text then click Save to preserve your changes.
  • Toggle the Verify button to mark the answer as verified. This serves as a marker that Robin’s answer in the Table has been reviewed.
  • Click Open Document to open a full view of the document and chat with Robin about the document.

Download a Table

You can download a Table in either Word (.docx) or excel(.xlsx) formats.

  • Click the download icon on the top right of the page.
  • Select your preferred format.
  • Choose whether to include citations in your downloaded Table.
  • Click Download to select the download destination to begin your download.

Manage a Table

From the three dots menu in the top right corner, you can:

  1. Duplicate the Table to add more contracts.
  2. Rename the Table.
  3. Save the Table as a template.
