Set up your Robin Account

Create Login Credentials

• Locate your invitation email from account@robinai.com in your inbox and click Start Registration Process. Didn’t receive an email? Check your spam or junk folder.
• Fill in your information and set a secure password that meets the following requirements:
  • At least 10 characters
  • Includes at least one number
• Click Join Robin to log into Robin. If your organization requires two factor authentication, you will be directed to set this up with a QR code displayed on the screen.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) (Optional)

Your organization might require Two-factor authentication (2FA) for access to Robin. Once enabled, you’ll need a time-based six-digit code from an authenticator app each time you log in.

How to Set up Two-factor Authentication(2FA):

• Download an Authenticator app e.g Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator etc.
• Open your authenticator app. Select the button to add a new profile and choose Scan QR Code.
• Hold your phone camera up to the QR code displayed on the Robin screen. Your authenticator app will now generate a six-digit code.
• In Robin, enter the current six-digit code from your app. Click Join Robin. You’re now securely logged in and 2FA is active.

Expired Registration Links

Registration links to Robin are temporary and expire 7 days after they have been sent.

How to know that your invite has expired?

• You receive an "Invalid token" message when trying to sign up.
• The registration link no longer works and you can't access the registration page.

To resolve this:

1. Go to https://app.robinai.com/forgot-password.
2. Enter your email address that received the original invitation link.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Check your email for the reset link.
5. Complete the signup process within 3 hours of receiving the new link.
6. Repeat the above steps if you're unable to signup before the new link expires.
