So without further ado, welcome to “Questions for Robin, your Contract Copilot”:
When establishing an agreement between a customer and supplier, it’s essential that the customer is aware of all the standard terms included in a contract.
If these terms aren’t correctly presented, then both the customer and supplier are put in a precarious position where there could be potential breaches of contract that create a series of legal issues.
To ensure that everyone knows where they stand, aren’t at risk of being caught out by hidden terms and ultimately to keep both parties happy, there needs to be complete oversight of the customer’s rights.
In Review, you can ask Robin “what are the customer’s rights in this contract?”, and it will subsequently find all the relevant clauses and set them out on a clause-by-clause basis, as well as provide a concise summary to give users a general overview of the customer’s rights.
